UA. Abnormalities: You need to have your kidneys evaluated. I would make sure that a urine culture was negative and do a repeat ua. If the same issues are present, then a renal sonogram should be ordered.

Im 60 yr male had UA at PCP with findings of ketones + Protein ++ Urobilinogen ++. Went to hospital for immediate retest with results all negative. Had blood labs 2 days after CBC & CMP results were perfect no abnormals. Are any follow ups required?

Have lupus. Have had fatigue, malaise, aches x 1 week. UA showed +2-5 RBC, trace protein,trace ketones. Otherwise normal UA. Normal CBC & CMP. Causes?
