Uti kidney stone: Not all pain is abdominal. Your history helps and you probably need to see your doctor. If your pain is waxing it could be a stone. Blood in urine too. Urinary tracy infections can also cause blood. Usually an elevated WBC count for both however. A femoral hernia or incisional hernia by physical exam.
