See answer: If the bumps come in EXACTLY the same spot every time there is a possibility it could be oral Herpes Simplex virus. If the above doesn't apply they may represent Aphthous ulcers(Canker sores) or due some other insignificant cause. If there is any concern for HSV it's best to be seen at the time you have the bumps.
