Occasionally, i get small red bumps on my hands. usually once every 3 months. im not sure what is causing this reaction. the bumps do not hurt nor itch. should i be concerned?

Since this is cyclic in occurrence, I would keep a diary of foods or recent contacts that may attribute to this. Your PCP could follow for treatment if needed.
