Stress of Parenting: You are dealing with stress of being new parent, if this is your first child. Sounds like you are not sleeping well, and perhaps not eating well. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and fatty foods. Try to get some regular exercise, outside if possible. Walking regularly with a friend can help. Can you schedule play dates for your son, or get some help with childcare? Talk with your dr about a checkup.
