Many possibilities: Do you drink alcohol? There are other possibilities bayou seem to be under the care if a doctor. Give him a good history and see what your doctor tells you

I am still so anxious about having pancreatic cancer. My lipase levels have fluctuated slightly over the past year - from 1 to 20 points over the reference range. I've had normal ultrasound and CT scan. Dr seems to think it's just me. But why??
Could I have pancreatitis even if mrcp, ultrasound, & CT scan do not show any abnormalities? Lipase normal. Amylase 124 (reference range: 28 to 100).
