Can a c section make ibs worse?

Post op ileus: A c/section is surgery and the intestines don't like to be handled as their natural movements(peristalsis) stop. This is temporary after surgery but can continue for several days.(ileus). It isn't IBS, but when the movements start up again, it may feel like it.
