Nosebleed s/p surger: Nasal surgery is in a particularly well vascularized area. Hasselbachs plexus joins at this area and depending on thickness of the overlying mucosa and skin, can be prone to bleeding. Since this young person had recent surgery the area must be explored to see if there is trauma that restarted the post surgical bleeding. If symptomatic, get pt to ER as he may be losing a substantial amt of blood
