Unrelated: Nose bleeds in a 2yo are more likely to be a reflection of other issues.Nasal allergies, irritants, or poorly humidified environments all can irritate the capillaries in the delicate nasal membranes & kids often wake up on a bloody pillow having had a bleed in the night. Smoke from a fire, fumes, fragrances, etc are other aggravating factors.
