Fracture: You have fractured your tooth, exposed the nerve, torn the tooth-supporting ligament and fractured the tooth's bone support. A pill will not fix this, just as a pill would not fix a fractured leg. Biggest concern is infection. PLEASE call your Dentist for emergency treatment.
