See a dentist ASAP!: Dental insurance is not responsible for your toothache, you are! A visit to the dentist is not a large expense in the scope of life expenses and even with dental insurance you may very well have an out of pocket fee. Your toothache may very well indicate a dental infection that could lead to a hospital visit and in rare circumstances death. So find the means and go see your dentist. This isn't DIY

Tooth Decay: The tooth needs to be treated or extracted, and pronto. Financing your care, borrowing from friends or family, or paying for it outright are your choices. Insurance only covers a small part of the cost anyway. If these options do not work for you, contact your local dental society for further guidance.
