My grandson 11m old, had fever 103.5 yesterday, gave tylenol (acetaminophen) 6 hourly, now temperature 100, also tooth cutting out, no nasal discharge or cough,advise?

Fever: Fever is a symptom of an illness and helps to treat the cause. We treat fever in children because it makes them feel more comfortable. Most often the cause of a fever is a virus. If the fever fails to reduce or you are faced with other worrisome symptoms, have your baby checked. All the best.
