See dentist: Tylenol (acetaminophen) is a temporary measure until you can see a dentist to get definative treatment. Don't take more than 3 doses a day.

A day or so: A day or so until you can get an appointment with a dentist. Covering up tooth pain can only cause it to get worse so dont wait!

Very temporarily: Use something like tylenol (acetaminophen) or any anti-inflammatory medication like aleve, motrin, advil, or even a holistic alternative arnica very temporarily. Ice to minimize swelling can also be helpful. That is only managing the pain... Please see a dentist to help you resolve the issue which is causing you pain. Waiting will cost you money and more pain. Make an appointment asap please.

See a DDS ASAP: Tylenol (acetaminophen) is good until you get there.
