Anxiety: Feel Blessings of 3 Million Air Sacs in your lungs due to which you have Breath of Life every 4 seconds; and due to which your eyes, ears, nose, muscles on the face, and mouth are functioning. Believe in their Functioning! “having a red hot face” is likely due to Stress causing overwhelming upsetting feelings affecting skin on your face. Therapy for Coping Skills for Stresses will benefit.
