The feeling you describe can have several causes: anxiety with hyperventilation can definitely cause it, but allergy/sinus congestion with Eustachian tube dysfunction can lead to fluid in middle ear which can cause it. Antihistamines (loratidine, cetirizine, etc) with or without decongestant or expectorant can often help the allergy type. Slow deep breaths & prayer can help the anxiety type

You may have an undiagnosed inner ear problem or other ENT problem that has not been diagnosed. You may also have a vascular problem that is undiagnosed to your brain. Is important that you see a neurologist and or ENT doctor about the symptoms and signs.
