I have a painful ingrown pubic hair. it is hard, big, and red. there is now clear fluid coming out where i pricked it with a pin. what should i do?

Let it drain.: At this point, don't mess with it anymore. Let the fluid drain out; this should make it feel much better. If the pain continues, if it becomes surrounded by a wide reddish border, or if the clear fluid becomes more like pus, then you should see a doctor right away.
