Several possibilitie: Keep a diary of the quality of the pain and frequency and time the pain happens in relation to your menstruation. It may not be related to the salpingectomy at all. Ovarian cysts, ovulation, adhesions, and infections ( including appendicitis) are just a few causes of pelvic pain. If pain becomes severe, vomiting or fever develops, go to the emergency room immediately.
