That is a bit...: ..of an aggressive weight loss goal...almost 1 kg per week..1/2 kg/week is more realistic. Save your money: don't buy advertised weight loss pills/supplements. Focus on healthy eating and exercise.You don't give me your current weight or height but I would think at your age your could eat 1600-1800 kcal/day emphasizing vegetables, fruit, healthy protein and grains, and burn 500 cal/day in exercise
