can achilles feel tight and thicker even 8 months after ankle sprain? sprained ankle achilles feels much thicker and knotted than noninjured

Achilles: If it is thicker than normal it has been injured and has healed with scarring. Be SURE to warm up before exercise even more important now. Us the runner's stretch that looks like they are pushing something over while bending each foot upward alternately. Ah yes, SLOWLY!
