Medication effect: I understand your discomfort. Thank you for informing about Thyroid cancer, Thyroidectomy , Thyroxine ,Diabetes, and Lantus (insulin glargine) It is likely that fatigue and brain fog are due to changing of Thyroxine from 150mgs to 125mgs/day, or Anxiety and Depression.
