Could be either: Early pregnancy is very frequently associated with fatigue, which generally goes away by the second trimester. On the other hand, pregnancy is often associated with increase in the dosage required to maintain normal thyroid levels. Usually this occurs later in pregnancy, but it would be worth having your thyroid status checked to be sure your current dose is correct.
