See your doctor: In the interim, use saline nasal wash liberally, understand that you can't take decongestants for a reason or another, you might be prescribed something locally like intranasal steroid spray, also you might need an antibiotic, check with your doctor, goodluck

Continous popping sounds both ears for a few months now. No blocked or runny nose, no allergies, no wax in ears. Tried antihistamines, flomist, Iliadin, mucolytics and decongestants without relief.
