Low carbs: Women with pcos typically will have an easier time losing weight with a low carb diet. That means cutting out things like bread, pasta, white rice, sugary drinks and sweets, and getting more of your calories from protein. This should be accompanied by regular vigorous exercise if you want to lose weight.

Metformin medication can be helpful, talk w/doc (your history doesn't mention it). Cut out alcohol, simple sugars, maintain protein at each meal, eat breakfast, cut out junk limit fats; vigorous activity, e.g. Walking, every day.
