Eyelid cyst: Eyelid cyst removal is commonly performed with very low risk. If you don't scar with keloids you should do great. Sutures are usually removed in 5-7 days or are absorbable if cannot get them removed. Avoid ibuprofen, aspirin, blood thinners to decrease risk of "black eye" which is usually limited.
