Hello i have notice holes on the bottom of feet.. can you help me get rid of them ?

Please clarify: A hole can be an ulcer, it can be "pitting" in the epidermal layer. There is a huge difference. This is where a picture is worth a thousand words....

Not so Fast....: In order to help, a little more information is needed. A little history of how long have you had them, and, are they getting bigger or multiplying. A somewhat exact location would help. Are they colored or painful and what have you done already for them. A picture or two would be the best.
