Reduce pressure: Calluses (not corns) occur on the bottom of feet usually due to pressure or from clogged sweat glands. See a podiatrist and that way the cause can be treated. Depending on what is causing them, there are surgical and laser treatment for removal of them. You can also use emollient exfoliating creams with uric acid to help.
