Yes: But be cautious later, the problem isn't with the claritin (loratadine) part , it is rather the "d" that is the ? Problem, it is the pseudoephedrine, the "d"econgestant, it can lead to temporary elevation of blood pressure, or other side effects. Skip the next dose for the day, as you don't want to exceed 240 mg of pseudoephedrine in 24 hours from all sources, good luck
