Not the usual site: If you have been DX'd with shingles, it might have spread to such a place, but that is not the usual starting site and not usual even then. See a Dr for such a DX - other rash issues can often be treated well. If they finf that you do have shingles, there is treatment but it's best to get it early. So have an exam. Best!
