Could also be Herpes: A cluster of blisters on the buttocks may be a herpes outbreak. If you get repeated outbreaks in the same location each time, i'd bet it's herpes simplex. There are a number of medications that can help reduce the frequency and severity of outbreaks; ask your doctor.
