DEFINITELY: An ENT specialist should not be commenting on your liver enlargement! He/She May have meant that there were no significant EAR NOSE THROAT issues. The enlarged (hard/"fixed') lymph gland and the liver enlargement should be evaluated. Your Priimary Care Provider is the place to begin! Hope this help-s Dr Z
