Sure but NO: Sure you can but I wouldn't because it could lead to a deeper level of sedation during IV and possible other complications with the anesthesiologist not wanting to do the case if they know that you did. It is your risk.

Not wise: Marijuana can adversely affect the IV sedation. Please, if you do smoke, advise the Oral Surgeon. Your anesthesia may need to be adjusted, or the procedure may have to be postponed. Report ALL Meds, prescription & OTC, as well as all supplements, to the Oral Surgeon as well as any marijuana consumption.
