A lot: bu tit also can be RA. methotrexate, other disease modifying drugs. Also, Those do not take the place of aspirin like drugs for pain. There can be flares where steroids still have a role. Then, depression and other disorders changing pain perception, infection triggering a flare, many other possibilties.

It does not sound : Like typical RA pain. Needs more info, such as pain locations, joint vs muscle involvement, or pain after remicade, (infliximab) etc. there are many detail needed and likely will need a video consult to get better idea or discuss with your rheumatologist.
