I am 40 yr old female. i have had ra for 10 yrs. i am getting infusions for my ra however my alt was 148 and ast 35. last month my alt was 55. should ?

We need more infora: We would like to know what meidcatiosn you take and when you take the medication related to when the lab was drawn. If you are on methotrexate and take in right before the lab the liver tests can elevate. It could be related to other meidcations like NSAID or to medication or some type of muscle issue. You can discuss this with your rheumatologist.
