Need a dentist: You need to go to a dentist. The antibiotic will not completely eliminate the abscess. It only helps keep it from getting worse.

Call a dentist: You need to immediately see a dentist for treatment. The antibiotics will not fix your problem, since antibiotics treat tooth infection symptoms, not the actual decayed teeth.

Large infection : You have a serious infection because your face is swollen. When the infection was starting you had small bubles on gums near bad teeth but when they get larger it spread to face. Need to have them extracted asap when swelling is down. Once they're out get the others fixed and get replacements. You will feel much better and feel better knowing you can smile again.
