Im 34 and always had normal periods.i recently had u/s due to low abd pain and no period for 2 months.u/s revealed 1.18 endo stripe.is this concerning?

No cause for alarm: If you are otherwise feeling well, are not taking any medications and have been in good health, the finding of a 1.18 cm bi-layer endometrial stripe on ultrasound is nothing to be concerned about. There is a good probability that you will resume normal ovulation and "normal periods" again spontaneously in 2 to 3 months. If you do not, share your concerns with a reproductive endocrinologist.
