Yes: Yes, if prolactin is 3000 and you are now hyperthyroid (low tsh), that is not a good sign. I would request a MRI from your endocrinologist. There might be a reason why he/she is not ordering it (need more info here) but for "peace of mind", i don't think it's unreasonable to request this from your endo. If you are still concern, you can also seek a second opinion. Good luck.
