One very gentle: Angiolytic you could discuss with your physician / psychiatrist is buspar (buspirone). Glad that you are involved in behavior therapy. Here some additional things you can do to keep your life in order. Talk about feelings ; address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. Take care.
