Fyi i am aware of switching from an antipsychotic to a ssri. is switching from seroquel to lexapro (escitalopram) for anxiety ocd and mood reasons a good idea for me?

Everyone is differen: Your case must be individually handled by a proper medical provider. All of these medications can be helpful with the problems you describe. The first key is an accurate diagnosis. I also recommend counseling/therap. Best of luck.
