Is it possible to heal my finger after i tore off a layer of skin .it didn't bleed but it looked like i had cut the top layer of skin off.

Not quite sure: of the question. dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them. but, superficial cuts and skin abrasions almost always heal on their own. Spreading redness, purulence would be signs of infection and needing intervention.

Relax: Will heal in a few days. Keep lubricated with vaseline or Aquaphor. No peroxide. No bandaid. No bacitracin or Neosporin.
