Sinus/Vertigo issue: Dear KaryW: You may be suffering from an ear infection, eustachian tube dysfuntion, sinusitis or all of the above. Your best bet is a complete examination by a board certified Otolaryngologist( Ear, Nose & Throat Doctor) A complete examination will address your vertigo and sinus issues. Hope this helps.
