Yes: Ear drainage, especially if chronic & with a hole in eardrum can indicate chronic mid ear infection, & possible infected mid ear growth (cholesteatoma) can cause vertigo/dizziness & fatigue. Can be serious. See an otology/ent md asap. Keep water out of ears.
