See dentist: You nasal symptoms may or may not be related to your ear problem. Your symptoms however are more suggestive of a temporomandibular joint problem. Suggest a dental consult.

Fluid: It sounds like you may have fluid in your eustachian tubes. As your sinuses are clear, avoid the rinses and try Valsalva manoeuvres to try and open them up. If not see ENT. All the best.
