Fibroids/adenomyosis: The word choices are often different but my best interpretation of your Pericoli ultrasound suggests heterogeneous changes that are often associated with small fibroids and possibly adenomyosis (endometriosis in the uterine muscle) which can change the architecture of the uterine muscle. Your uterus is a bit large or bulky as well.
