See Dr., then eat...: If one is truly underweight (based on height, family background, and body type), a Dr. can evaluate for a hormonal, digestive, or other disorder. If no medical cause is found, then one can add weight by eating more calories of nutritious foods, while also doing weight-training to increase muscle. Proteins: egg white, chicken breast, salmon, ... Better fats: olive oil, peanuts, almonds, tofu, ....

What kinds of good tasting veggies help you lower body weight?

The low calorie ones: Eating veggies as part of a balanced diet is a way to decrease the caloric "density" of our diets, making us feel full without consuming lots of calories. Vegetables that are high in fiber and low in calories are the best. These include carrots, celery. Tomatoes, lettuce, green beans, cucumbers also great choices. Skip the high calorie dressing and/or ranch dip!

See below: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person. He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.

How to add body weight?

Dr. Steven Charlap answered

Build muscle: Best way to add body weight is to build muscle by strength and resistance training. Also, add, but not too much, protein to diet to help build muscle. Best sources of protein are plant proteins in nuts and beans. I am not a fan of whey protein contrary to the view of many because of reported issues with it.

High metabolism: Your description sounds like you have a high metabolism. At 110 pounds, I do not see the problem. If you want to gain weight, see a dietician.
