Should i be worried about a growing heterogeneous ovarian cyst that now looks more solid??

Growing ovarian cyst: While I am NOT a gynecologist a "growing" mixed density ovarian cyst is of concern. A simple cyst - fluid filled is generally benign but a heterogenous cyst may represent something like an endometrioma - You don't list any symptoms but I would recommend that you see a gynecologist and consider having the cyst removed and analyzed to make sure its not something of concern.
