Need to talk to MD: Must speak to your doctor for clear clarification Fibroadenoma is a benign tumor need simple removal In fibrocystic disease besides cystic areas the ducts proliferate term Fibroadenisis applied as is do not need excisional surgery if there is no aypia or premalignant changes , will need needle biopsy and monitoring , this only your doctor can answer ,what is needed for you.
