My wife us showed bilateral fibrocystic disease and ductectasia (birads ii). small right sided fibroadenoma (birads iii). bilateral enlarged axillary lymph nodes, likely reactional. what should she do? is it serious? thanks

Talk to doctor: Your doctor should be the one who can discuss these issues with you. It does not seem that she has any cancerous lesions but then one needs to examine the lymph nodes to be sure.
