Needs time: It is unusual to have a mark 6 weeks after an allergy skin test-most of the time within 1-2 days. If there is no pain or fluid in the area, suggest that you wait another month to see how it progresses. On the other hand, one wonders if the test site was infected and thus the prolonged reaction.
