I have pain in my middle finger in my left arm. symptoms are little more in the morning. only feel the pain when i bend my finger down. it pains at the bottom part if my finger. also feel a strain upper left back. any idea what this is? & treatment

Finger pain : At the base of the finger is there a knot/ bump? May be a ganglion cyst Left upper back could be strain of trapezius muscle. Both could also be irritation of C4-6 nerves . Would consider motrin like products if not allergic/ hot /ice packs, PT and splint for finger if cyst .
