Water, energy, rest: Dehydration would be the first thought, followed by not enough food energy to supply your run. Often people forget to fuel their workouts BEFORE and only think to replenish after. For an intense workout, you should drink 4-6 oz of water every 15 min to help stay on top of your water loss. Also, not getting enough sleep and even iron deficiency or other mineral loss can cause dizziness.
